BrewMeter / mg per 100 mL
Caffeine from mg per 100 mL
When a drink label gives caffeine in mg per 100 mL, multiply that number by the volume consumed in mL, then divide by 100.
Estimated caffeine for this volume
32 mg/100 mL × 250 mL ÷ 100 = 80 mg. For 125 mL of the same drink, the result is 40 mg.
If the label says 32 mg per serving, do not multiply it as though it were mg per 100 mL. Check the serving size on that product.
This is label arithmetic, not a universal safe limit or medical advice. Caffeine content and individual responses vary.
