Completed record, estimated 1RM and working weight

A logged result, an estimate and a target mean different things. PRVault labels them separately so you can see what you actually completed and what you plan to lift.

The completed record

For example, you log a 100 kg Back Squat for one rep, with its date and unit. That result belongs in your history. A weight planned for tomorrow is not a completed record.

The estimated 1RM

When you have logged a set of several reps, PRVault can calculate an estimate of your one-rep max. The screen labels it “Estimated 1RM.” It remains separate from the measured result used for the calculation.

The working weight

With a completed reference max of 100 kg, a 70% target is 70 kg. A 5 × 3 session at 70% therefore targets 70 kg for each set. Today's Session shows the reference used, labels it measured or estimated, and shows the plates to load. Full session planning and tracking are part of Pro; one resolved working set is visible before purchase.

Open in ColdLoad when you choose

You can voluntarily open this 70 kg target in ColdLoad. PRVault passes the weight in kilograms but does not log a new result or start a session when you open it. ColdLoad asks you to confirm the incoming target.

This example explains the app's calculation. It is not a recommendation for training weight or performance.
