Privacy Policy
NoBuyCart keeps your wishes and fictional orders on your device. The iOS share sheet and optional local reminders use system services.
The optional support form sends the app name, support subject, chosen category, reply email address, any app and operating-system versions you enter, your message, and an anti-spam field to Cloudflare Workers for validation. The request is then forwarded to the developer’s support inbox. This information is used to respond to your request and maintain the app, not for advertising.
The developer uses a support submission only to route, investigate and answer your request, handle a privacy request, and protect the support channel against abuse. The developer does not sell the submission, use it for advertising, or build a profile about you.
The developer keeps a support submission only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the request and to meet applicable legal or security obligations, then deletes it or removes information that identifies you. There is no single fixed period because those needs differ by request. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a support submission by using the same form and choosing the Privacy category. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Android: Google Play Billing and reviews
On Android, the optional one-time Register purchase and restoration use Google Play. NoBuyCart does not receive your card number. The app queries Play purchases and updates access automatically when its Billing connection starts, as well as during purchase and restoration. It verifies the signed proof, keeps a copy in private app storage to maintain access, including offline, and sends Google Play the token needed to acknowledge an eligible purchase. These purchase queries and acknowledgements can occur without starting a new purchase. Google receives and manages purchase information and history; clearing app data does not delete that history.
When the app uses Google Play Billing, the library sends technical diagnostics and a randomly generated session/client identifier to Google over an encrypted connection for analysis of Billing operations and results. Diagnostics may include response codes and messages, operation type, callback timing, Android and app versions, device build and model details, language, country, time zone, and network type. This can occur even when you do not make a purchase. Wishes, notes, pictures, prices you entered, and fictional orders are not included in these diagnostics. Google processes this information under its privacy policy; NoBuyCart cannot directly delete diagnostics, session information or purchases held by Google.
After several useful actions, Google Play may offer an optional review. If you submit a rating or comment, Google Play receives it in encrypted form and makes it public on Play, or private to the developer in some test tracks. You can delete your review in your Google Play account. NoBuyCart does not read the review text.
