Log the purée, the piece, and whether your baby liked it.
The weaning journal, on iPhone and Android.
Free journal, no account. The interface is in French, English and Spanish.

What the journal kept
Each tasting stays with its date. On this journal: carrot on October 24, served as purée; apple on October 21, mashed texture; banana on October 17, observed during the meal.
Log a first taste, then each repeat. You can pick a past date, and you can correct the date of a repeat.
A tasting can be a purée, a piece or a baby-led meal.
The reaction, while the spoon is still out
Open a food and record the tasting: the date, then Liked, Neutral or Disliked.
You can also flag a digestive issue or a possible allergic reaction, and write how you served it.

These screens describe what you entered. They do not say whether a food is safe for your child.

197 foods, or the ones from your kitchen
Seven categories: vegetables, fruits, starches, proteins, dairy, fats, and spices and aromatics. Spanish has its own food list.
Filter by category, or add a food that is missing. A line can show an age label from the catalog, such as “Often ~4 mo”. That label is not a recommended age.

The 12 major allergens stay in the free journal: peanut, tree nuts, sesame, soya, egg, milk, gluten, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, celery and mustard. The screen shows what you recorded.

The sheet for the person looking after your baby
From the Family tab, the caregiver handover can be read in full for free. You choose the foods, the dates, the observations and the family instructions. The first name is hidden by default.

One purchase adds export and sharing of the three PDFs. No subscription. On iPhone, the purchase is shared through Apple Family Sharing. On Android, it is tied to the Google account. Access you already had is kept.
You can also export the journal to a file and import it on another phone. The import shows duplicates before you keep them. The file leaves your phone only when you send it. The journal stays on your devices.
Petites Bouchées is a journal you fill in. It gives no feeding advice and no medical diagnosis, and it does not replace a healthcare professional.
