Petits Pots. Privacy policy
Petits Pots is available on Android.
Policy date:
Scope
Benjamin Dupin publishes Petits Pots for iOS and Android, identified by com.bnjdpn.petitspots. This policy covers the iOS and Android apps.
Data stored on your device
Food stock, quantities, dates and use-by dates, templates, meal journals and menu plans are stored on your device. Android uses a local Room database named petits-pots.db; iOS uses SwiftData. There is no Petits Pots account or sync with a publisher server. The app does not send your stock, journal or plans to Benjamin Dupin or Google.
Purchases and restoration
Stock management and one day of menus are free. An optional one-time Pro purchase unlocks planning for 2–21 days and multiple personal templates. Its product identifier is com.bnjdpn.petitspots.pro.lifetime.
Apple processes purchases and restoration through StoreKit 2 on iOS; Google processes them through Google Play Billing on Android. Petits Pots does not receive your payment card number. Purchase evidence and access rights are checked on the device. Android stores a signed purchase proof locally; iOS reads the verified transactions provided by StoreKit.
Google Play Billing diagnostics
The Google Play Billing SDK sends technical diagnostics, device model and system information, the app version and a random Billing session identifier to Google for service operation and technical analysis. Transfers use encrypted connections. The app does not offer an opt-out or a deletion request mechanism for these remote diagnostics. Clearing local app data does not delete these diagnostics from Google.
Google Play distribution and licence protection services may also process data under Google’s policies. Food stock and meal journal data are not included in these Billing diagnostics. Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Advertising, analytics and permissions
Petits Pots has no ads or advertising SDKs, analytics tracking or third-party crash reporting. Its core features do not request access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone. StoreKit and Google Play Billing communicate with their respective stores for products, purchases and restoration.
Retention and deletion
Your records remain on the device until you delete them or remove app data. Uninstalling the app removes its local data. On Android, you can also clear app storage in device settings; this deletes your stock, templates, journals and plans. Android app backup is disabled. Petits Pots provides no publisher backup or recovery service.
An organisation tool for parents
Petits Pots is an organisation tool for parents. Storage dates and use-by dates are indicative. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Contact
For a question about the app or its data, use the protected contact form. Avoid including personal information about a child.
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyzes technical browser signals (including the IP address) to distinguish a person from a bot. Turnstile is loaded only on the page containing the contact form, not on support or privacy pages. The approximate country (derived from the IP address) and referring site accompany the message. The message is then forwarded by Cloudflare (Workers and Email Routing) to the developer's support inbox. These data are used to answer your request and fix the app, based on our legitimate interest, or performance of the contract if your request concerns a purchase. They are not used for marketing. Closed requests with no exchange for more than 12 months are manually deleted during a quarterly review, no later than 15 months after the last exchange. To request access, correction, erasure or restriction, or to object to processing, use the app's contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
