Petites Bouchées: Food Journal — Journal
The journal: first tastes and repeat servings, by date.

What it does

What have they tried so far?

Find a food again

The catalogue brings together 197 foods, arranged by category. Find those already tried or add your family’s own foods.

Record another serving

A first taste is only the start. Add a repeat serving, the reaction you observed and a preparation note without replacing the first time.

Look back at your notes

Each food keeps the date, reaction and your notes for every serving. A way to review the journal without diagnosis or medical advice.

Keep a record of the foods your baby has tried and the observations you want to remember or share.

Find a food, log a taste and look back through the dated journal. Review your progress and prepare useful information for the people caring for your baby.

Baby's Records is a one-time purchase for the documents offered in the app. The journal remains free.

Data transfer between devices is manual. The journal does not diagnose conditions or replace medical advice. The app interface is available in English, French and Spanish.

Before the first entry

Does the app tell me what to feed my baby?

No. Baby Bites records introductions and your observations. It does not provide medical advice or diagnose any reaction. For feeding advice or a possible allergic reaction, contact a qualified health professional.

How do I move the journal to another phone?

On iOS, family transfer is manual: export the journal, then import the file on the other parent’s phone. You choose when to share the file; there is no automatic sync.

How is the journal different from Baby’s Dossier?

The catalogue, tracking and family transfer are free. Baby’s Dossier is a one-time purchase to export three PDFs: feeding summary, foods already tried and a first-tastes keepsake. The first page of each document can be previewed for free. Purchase terms are detailed in the app and on the App Store.
