Your sleep diary is stored on your device. On iPhone, operating-system features you enable, such as iCloud or file sharing, may transfer data. On Android, the system may include the diary and profile in Google cloud backup or device-to-device transfer when those system features are enabled. You can manage backup in your device settings. The developer does not receive your diary through these features.
On Android, Google Play processes the Diary purchase and its restoration. The app stores the signed receipt locally to verify your access and sends Google Play the token needed to acknowledge a purchase. The billing library also sends technical diagnostics to Google, including app and Android versions, device model, network information, and billing operation results. This channel supports purchase operation and reliability; it does not send your diary contents or profile. These diagnostics are not sent to a developer-operated server. Google's processing is described in its privacy policy.
Your profile is stored on your device and may be included in the Android system backups and transfers described above. When you share a PDF, it contains the observations and profile included in the report and is sent to the app or recipient you choose. Temporary PDFs generated by the app are excluded from the Android diary backup.
The optional support form sends the app name, a support subject, the category you choose, your reply email address, any app and operating-system versions you enter, your message, an anti-spam field, and the Turnstile verification token to Cloudflare. Nothing is sent to Cloudflare merely because you use the app. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.
The developer uses a support submission only to route, investigate and answer your request, handle a privacy request, and protect the support channel against abuse. The developer does not sell the submission, use it for advertising, or build a profile about you.
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals (including the IP address) to distinguish a person from a bot. Turnstile is loaded only on pages that contain the contact form. The message is then forwarded by Cloudflare (Workers and Email Routing) to the developer’s support inbox, [email protected]. Messages received are read and handled by an automated assistant (AI) used by the publisher to sort them and prepare or send replies; the publisher remains responsible for this processing.
See the Cloudflare privacy policy and the Turnstile privacy policy.
The developer keeps a support submission only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the request and to meet applicable legal or security obligations, then deletes it or removes information that identifies you. There is no single fixed period because those needs differ by request. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a support submission by using the same support form and choosing the Privacy category. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
