Privacy Policy

The Apple and Android versions of PRVault handle data differently. On iPhone and iPad, training records stay on the device unless the user enables Apple iCloud sync or HealthKit; those services are not used on Android. On Android, training records and settings are stored locally in Room, local backup copies stay on the device, and Android Auto Backup is disabled. CSV import and export are initiated by the user through Android’s file picker.

On Android, Google Play Billing automatically queries purchase history on connection and reconciliation to restore and verify Pro access. The app validates purchase data on the device and sends the purchase token to Google Play to acknowledge a purchase; it does not send purchase receipts or workout records to a developer server. Billing 9.1.0 also sends diagnostics and a randomly generated Billing client/session identifier to Google over HTTPS, including Billing operation and response details and technical context such as app version, device model, operating-system build, language, time zone, and network type, for analytics. These diagnostics are sent when the Billing library operates and cannot be disabled in PRVault. Google processes purchase and diagnostic data under its own policies; the developer does not control Google’s retention. See Google’s privacy policy.

The optional support form on this website sends the app name, the category you choose, your reply email address, any app and operating-system versions you enter, and your message to the developer’s support service through Cloudflare. The form also submits an empty anti-spam field and a Turnstile token. Nothing is sent merely because you use the app. Do not include sensitive information that is not needed to resolve your request.

The developer uses a support submission only to route, investigate and answer your request, handle a privacy request, and protect the support channel against abuse. The developer does not sell the submission, use it for advertising, or build a profile about you.

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam by analyzing technical browser signals, including the IP address, to distinguish a person from a bot. Cloudflare processes connection data needed to receive and protect the request. The Turnstile widget is loaded only on the app page containing the support form. See the Cloudflare privacy policy and Turnstile privacy policy.

After validation, the request is forwarded through Cloudflare Workers and Email Routing toward the developer’s support inbox. The information is used to answer your request and fix the app; it is not used for marketing.

The developer keeps a support submission only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and follow up on the request and to meet applicable legal or security obligations, then deletes it or removes information that identifies you. There is no single fixed period because those needs differ by request. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a support submission by using the same support form and choosing the Privacy category. A request may be limited where retention is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
