Privacy Policy

This app is designed to keep app data on your device unless you explicitly enable an operating-system feature such as iCloud, HealthKit, local notifications, or file sharing.

Apple Health (optional)

In version 2.5.0, you can choose to save new workouts to Apple Health. Permission is requested when you enable this feature, or at the first Apple Watch workout that uses it. Your device stores workout type, dates and duration. With your permission, Apple Watch adds the heart rate and energy measured during the workout. Health records are not sent to the publisher’s servers or used for advertising. Apple’s device and iCloud synchronization follows your Apple settings. You can disable the feature in TempoReps and revoke permissions in Apple Health. Records already saved remain under your control in the health app; disabling TempoReps does not erase them.

Health Connect (Android, optional)

On Android, Pro users can choose to save newly completed workouts to Health Connect. TempoReps requests permission only to write exercise sessions: workout type, start and end time, duration and actual pause intervals. It does not read Health Connect data or write heart rate, calories, steps, distance or routes. Only workouts completed after you enable this feature are saved. Health Connect data stays on your device; TempoReps does not send it to the publisher’s servers or use it for advertising. You can disable this feature in TempoReps and revoke its permission in Health Connect. Records already saved remain under your control in Health Connect; disabling TempoReps does not erase them.

Android

On Android, timers and saved routines stay on the device. Google Play processes Pro purchases and receives acknowledgement tokens. The Billing library sends technical diagnostics to Google, including app and Android versions, device model/build, language, time zone and network type. Diagnostics can be transmitted during Billing operations, including at app launch. TempoReps has no server for workout data. Spoken cues use installed offline voices. Google processes its data under its own privacy policy. Google. Buying a subscription or restoring purchases authorizes sending its signed Google Play receipt, including the purchase token, to the publisher’s verification service hosted by Cloudflare, and checking it again when the app opens. Google confirms its status and expiry. Workout data stays on this device; lifetime purchases are verified locally.

The optional support form sends the app name, support subject, chosen category, reply email address, any app and operating-system versions you enter, your message, and an anti-spam field to Cloudflare Workers for validation. The request is then forwarded to the developer’s support inbox. This information is used to respond to your request and maintain the app, not for advertising.
