GrooveLog / Grease the Groove
A Grease the Groove journal you can actually use
A practical example of recording a small set and reviewing your own routine in the public GrooveLog 3.1.2 app.
Example entry
Pull-ups · 3 repetitions · 8:30 AM · felt easyStart from a reference
Choose a movement you already know. Add a measured result or a cautious estimate; the app keeps the two distinct. Your easy target is a practice guide, not a recovery measurement.
Record the set you completed
Tap the next available set when it is actually done. In the journal you can correct its amount, time, added load and optional effort, or undo an entry. The example above is illustrative, not a screenshot or a prescribed plan.
Use reminders as a schedule
Set an active window and spacing that fit your day. A local reminder can be postponed by 15 minutes. A missed or unlogged day does not create a catch-up quota; rest remains part of the plan.
